Ana Randolph is the owner and administrator of two organizations—Sender’s Retreat and Stay for A Day Adult Day Care Centers—with nearly 30 years of experience working with geriatric and special needs populations. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras with a degree in P.B.S. Nutrition and Dietetics, Ana went on to receive her M.S. in Human Nutrition from Rutgers University. Ana is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) with the American Dietetic Association and a Licensed Dietitian (L.D.) with the State of Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance. She has also received Core Administrator Training from the Agency of Healthcare Administration for Assisted Living.

Wesley Bartlett

Wesley Bartlett is the Executive Director of the beautiful, brand-new Arya at DeBary. Wesley has a lauded background in offering leadership, management, and oversight in prominent multi‐state living communities. He has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry, and he boasts a B.B.A. in Health Care Management from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from DeSales University.
